StudyLawPh currently accepts payments via GCash and bank transfer (BDO, BPI). All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment account details are provided at the time of checkout.
Paid subscriptions are activated manually after admin verification of your payment proof. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days. During the verification period, your current subscription tier remains active.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 5 business days of payment. To request a refund, email billing@studylawph.com with your reference number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. Refunds are not available for plans that have been substantially used (more than 50% of the subscription period consumed).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a prorated refund for the current period. Your access remains active until the end of the current subscription period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or your payment was verified but access was not granted, contact billing@studylawph.com within 7 days. Please include your payment reference number, proof of payment, and the email address associated with your account.
The Free Trial is provided at no cost for 7 days. No payment information is required to start a Free Trial. Free Trials are not renewable and do not automatically convert to paid plans.
