You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use StudyLawPh.
Free accounts receive 7 days of trial access (Free Trial). Paid plans — Law School Basic, Law School Pro, and Law School Enterprise — provide 30 days of access and can be renewed monthly. Payment is via GCash or bank transfer (Philippine Pesos). Subscriptions activate only after admin verification of your payment proof. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case within 5 business days.
You may use StudyLawPh only for lawful personal study. You may not: share accounts, attempt to access other users' data, upload unauthorized copyrighted materials for public distribution, use the AI to generate answers for live graded exams, or engage in harassment, doxxing, or illegal content in the community.
The AI Senior Counsel is a study aid only. It does not constitute official legal advice, legal representation, or a substitute for your professor's instructions or official legal sources. Always verify AI outputs against official codals, jurisprudence, and your syllabus. StudyLawPh is not liable for academic outcomes based solely on AI outputs.
Content you upload remains yours. By uploading to community-visible areas, you grant StudyLawPh a limited license to display it to permitted users. StudyLawPh's platform, design, AI systems, and original content are our intellectual property. Do not copy, resell, or scrape the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present payment fraud. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Termination does not automatically delete payment records required for legal compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be submitted to the proper courts of the Philippines.
